Island tells the tale of an outdoor management development activity that
goes wrong when someone takes the clues too obscurely. When the main
candidates for the top job in the organisation are shipwrecked on a deserted island, in
the Lake District, the vestiges of modern life quickly fall away and the
humour becomes pointed and the truths come out.
